Growing up my mom and her bff Maria hosted a mega Pampered Chef party once a year.
There was always some type of “ring” dish – and this is one of my favorites!

Having ground beef pre-cooked & in your freezer is another way to make this meal even easier to prepare!!
I buy large packages of ground beef from Costco/Sams Club, cook it all up,
then put 1 lb of meat into each gallon size bag and into my freezer they go!!

Taco Ring
Adapted from: pampered chef

Ingredients:
1-2 cans pillsbury croissants – depending on how big you want the ring
1lb ground beef (cooked with taco seasoning optional)
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Topping Ideas:
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatos
Diced onions
Olives
Sour Cream
Salsa

Directions:
Separate croissant rolls and lay them in a circle like photo below
**TIP** Make your ring ON the cookie sheet so you don’t have to move it once its put together
**TIP 2** Using parchment paper or sprinkling corn meal on pan makes it easier to remove from pan once baked.
**TIP 3** I made one on my pampered chef pizza stone, and one on a normal cookie sheet and they turned out exactly the same! No need to worry about having an expensive stone to make a great meal!
