Scotcharoos

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies

Directions:
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup light karo syrup. Bring to boil then add peanut butter.  Mix until melted and combined. Remove from heat.

Poor 6 cups of Rice Krispies into a large mixing bowl, slowly poor peanut butter mixture into Rice Krispies and using a spatula lightly mix together.

Lightly press Rice Krispie mixture into greased 9×13 pan, you don’t want to crunch the Rice Krispies.

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips & 1 cup butterscotch chips together then pour onto warm Rice Krispies.  Spread chocolate evenly with a spatula and cool on counter for 3-4 hours or in the fridge for 1-2.  ENJOY!!!
